Title: Corporate Services Financial Consultant (009-019-711)
Location: Dallas / Houston (Openings in Both Locations)
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Summary/Responsibilities:
Financial services firm seeks an experienced sales professional with demonstrated experience servicing the needs of High Net Worth individuals in a Corporate Services setting
Engage new/existing account relationships with a focus on deepening the overall client satisfaction
Utilize existing client relationships to cultivate senior level participant relationships to improve retail engagement/proceeds retention
Closely partner with Client Managers to integrate a comprehensive solution to further engage all corporate participants in Retail offering
Highlight/promote comprehensive products offerings such as Brokerage Solutions (Mutual Funds/Fixed Income Securities/Syndicate Products/Cash Equivalents), and Equity Compensation Solutions (10b5-1 Trading Plan/Block Trading/Hedging/Monetization/Wealth Management Solutions/Managed Portfolio Products/Portfolio Management)
Expert handling of large trades in accordance with Rule 144/industry regulations
Create viable sales opportunities by engaging the Section 16 and corporate client senior management in needs-based conversations around financial goals through both inbound/outbound phone calls
Educate clients with respect to their equity compensation and their ability to successfully navigate the website
Regularly exercise discretion/sound business judgment/understanding of competitors' financial products in consulting with clients
Record interactions in contact management database and schedule follow up calls as appropriate
Execute financial services transactions with minimal supervision
Requirements:
5-7 years experience in a financial sales environment with proven results required
Series 7 and 66 required on day one
BA/BS or Equivalent Training
Exceptional skill in building relationships both in person and over the telephone
Proven results in a demanding sales environment
Outstanding oral and written communication skills along with attention to detail required
Advanced knowledge of the securities industry (including corporate equity compensation plans) is highly preferred
Familiarity with Rule 144/10b5-1 plans is highly preferred
Ability to work independently within a team environment on complex Corporate Client/Employee issues and financial solutions
Strong ability to work collaboratively across other business units
Ability to apply advanced selling techniques to create a compelling rationale for using products/services
